Mojby Posted July 31, 2009 Share Posted July 31, 2009 I tend to find that criticising individual players every so often for a run of poor performances sometimes works. I tend to only ever fine players after sendings off depending on the reason for the dismissal of course. Kickballz Posted August 1, 2009 Share Posted August 1, 2009 You can avoid this by being consistently stern with your players. Don't be lenient with anyone. If they get sent off then fine them and if they slag you off then sell them. You have to rule with an iron fist - it is much better in the long term.
