Scouts Knowledge

Hi,

Just started a new game with the weegie update with city and realised there staff were relatively poor conpared to top teams

But was just wondering when a scout has knowledge off a country does that mean he is '**** hot' (so to speak) with the leagues in that country or the players that are that nationality

e.g, Would a scout with a good knowledge of England just know the players playing in the english leagues or english players playin abroad?

Scouting Knowledge means the have a greater chance of finding better players in the particular country for you than if you sent them to another country .... Only if they have respectable scout stats
