Amaroq Posted July 28, 2009 Share Posted July 28, 2009 You can't .. quite .. but you can make it work. There are three approaches: 1. Start as a National Team manager. Apply to manage any club with a managerial vacancy. 2. Start two different managers. Make one the National Team manager. Make the second the club team manager. 3. Start two different managers. Make one the National Team manager & set as his Favourite Team the club team. Make the second the club team manager. Have the second Retire as his first action. Have the first apply to the (now vacant) club team. #2 is guaranteed but gives you two different manager characters. #3 is pretty solid but not guaranteed - the club might opt for some other manager. I'm currently managing Newcastle (3rd Season, premiership, currently 2nd, 6 games) applied for England job, they accepted my job offer, and they offered me to replace Fabio, i clicked accept, then a couple weeks later, it does the same, and then its done that for the past couple weeks.
