The great thing is that as well as on journeys, i can flck it on for 10 mins here and there. anywehere, i have been playing it a lot and im about to start my 4th season as spurs. The problem is that my squad is too big full of good players. because of my achievements, my squad are all worth a lot of money (ie. my team rep has gone up a lot) and i just wnat to get rid of some of the players. achieviements first season, 5th in prem, nothign great in cups second season, 4th in prem, win uefa (euro) cup, quarters of FA cup thrid season, 3rd place, win champs league and super cup (sorta from last season if you get me), semis of FA cup and now im starting 4th season and am third on my hall of fame with 1076 pts. (probs best player) sc - torres - 24, landed on bosmon, now worth 34.5 mil sc - chamberlain, 17, bought for 80k, now worth 10.75 mil sc - velga, 18, bought for 3.2 mil, now worth 9 mil sc - keane, 28, starts at club, worht 9 mil, never play him, but nobody wants him after 3 years of transfer listing so thats my squad. I just dont know how half of these players have become worhth so much. I know that value isnt everythign but its still a good reflection on your squad! I've loaned out most of my young talent who wont get a game (ie. velga, chamberlain, rafael, anderson) and transfer listed all the rest of my players, waited a week and no one made an offer for anyone! That's my only gripe of the game, that you cnat offer people to club or set low asking prices. so now i dont know what to do, whether to just keep the squad, keep trying to sell some players. Also, should i play 3 at the back or 4. Last season, i loaned out my four full backs (didnt have de silvetri then) and played 3 at the back which worked. The season ebfore, i played four at the back which also worked any advice would be great i will also happily send my save game to anyone interested. Floejen Posted April 14, 2006 Share Posted April 14, 2006 Value is highly dependant on performance. From what I have seen a players value will nearly always after getting a 5 rating in a game. Surely the fact that i have such a good squad is a reflection on me being a good manager and winnign the champions league is hardly a bad thing. i only just go torres, bojinov and de silvestre on bosmans at the start of the fourth season. Also, mokoena and ben arfa dont play like their price tag though most of the rest do. I loaned out all my full backs in season 3 but my remaining central defenders were actually quite poor, again, in spite of their price tag. They averaged about 6.8 between them whereas you'd expect neared to 8 with what theyre rated as i foudn out also that tales, cleberson and zuniga can all be bought for 50k at the start of the game so i advise you to do it. i had to nurture them a lot to get them as good as they are but theyre good pruchases whatever you choose to do. uploading file now Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
zamalek Posted April 14, 2006 Author Share Posted April 14, 2006 errr how do i uload a gamesave i went to psp>savedata>ULES00248FMHSVG00 and uploaded the secure.bin file the link is here http://www.sendspace.com/file/ym9jc5 i think if u dl it and put it in the specified folder (which will already be there as this is the default first save block), then this should work but im not sure. My advice is to go to that folder on ur psp, copy the exisitng secure.bin onto your hard drive for safe keeping, then paste that one and try to load the game. i tried creating a folder psp>savedata>ULES00248FMHSVG02 which would be the third save block but it came up as corrupted data does anyone know how to solve this? Ronaldo - 32m Ben Arfa - 25.5m Castan - 21m Ochoa (who i got on bosman) - 17.25m so valuations are ridiculous on this game! great if i run into financial trouble!! SI Staff Martin Smith Posted April 16, 2006 SI Staff Share Posted April 16, 2006 zamalek: The best thing to do is to zip the whole folder, because if the SECURE.BIN file doesn't match the data in the PARAM.SFO file (which includes the folder name if I remember rightly), it'll think it's corrupt data. mark_htfc: Friendlies are automatically arranged for you, so in this version there's no way to arrange your own I'm afraid.
