fonz Posted July 26, 2009 Share Posted July 26, 2009 Just wondering if anyone has seen in major underdogs win the cups in FM? I'd only really seen them later on in the game but last year in my current save, in 2010/11 Darlington, a League Two side that barely avoided relegation, won the FA cup! Granted, their opponents were Champonship Southend but they had beaten Arsenal and Man United in previous two rounds. I was playing in the conference with Tamworth and actully sold them three players that season. They probably don't regret going. As might be expected ,though, they didn't do very well in Europe.
