It's weird because they reject everyones offers to become their manager but never higher the the Caretaker manager. Is this a bug? I'm using 8.02 BTW. I believe if you apply they never get back to you either. i've had problems with something similar but with offering players out. at the start of the season i like to offer my youth players out on loan. so i offer about 6 of them out and end up with about 40 'offers' on my transfer window. 5 weeks later the clubs still haven't come back to me and the offers still show.
