Just to clear up something (training)

I apologize once again for this being not necessarily in the right area but i am playing now and need a few fast answers.

Correct me on this if you will.

17 -21 main emphasis on mental attributes with average physical, position specific high (eg strikers would be on high shooting).

21-24 High aerobic and strength, normal mental and position specific.

24-28 medium strength high aerobic, higher mental and position specific.

28 + medium strength and aerobic higher mental and higher position specific.

hope you know what i mean.

please give me your opinions.

I've no idea what this is to be honest? Might be best to ask in the TT forum.

i might not have been very clear sorry :)

i just want to know basically what emphasis to put on each routine.

I make routines for under 21, 22-24, 24-28, and 28 plus. and just wanted to clear up what is more important for each.

I think in the Tactics Bible or whatever people argue for working a lot on physical stats, because those are very hard to increase when a player ages. But it also depends on your youths' abilities and your desired roles for them.
