flashpanther Posted July 21, 2009 Share Posted July 21, 2009 since the 9.3.0 recent update/patch I've tried a few times starting a new game. Once with Manc City and then with Middlesborough. I keep getting 0 (zero) for my transfer budget. Also the option to ask the board for more tranfer funds is not selectable. No matter what I place as my season expectations the transfer budget stays at ZERO and the wage budget does not alter. Driving me nuts now.... the game is unplayable like this. PLEASE PLEASE can someone help me ???????????? I've tried searching the forums and web to see if this is a common problem for a solution but can not find anything.
