postman123
you could run at least 25 leagues with ease
trekman
What version of windows do these computers have the 32 or 64 bit version? If its the 32 bit version then I think 4gb ram is a bit pointless because you'll only have access to about 3.3gb. If it was me I would go with the one with the quad core processor. I agree with postman123 you can easily run 25 leagues. I am running that amount on a core 2 duo 2.33ghz with 4gb ram. Unfortunately I didn't know about the ram limitations with the 32bit version of windows when I bought this computer.

All payers fromm all nations and all players . You would need to have a computer the size of an armchair to be able to run all leagues and players, unless you are super patient that is. Cruzway
I am sure there must be a computer that can handle all leagues and players under the 3k mark
silva_gunner
Cruzway - There probably is, but after a couple of seasonss the game would slow down to the level where one day of game time takes about 2 hours of real time.
jakobx
I am sure there must be a computer that can handle all leagues and players under the 3k mark If you are talking in euros then no, but if you meant 3000 tons of gold then maybe something could be built to handle it Back to topic. It all depends on how patient you are. IMO anything more than 10 leagues on an overclocked quad core is too slow. Some people on the other hand can play with 30 leagues on a low end dual core and enjoy it. They mostly just stare at the screen and wait for the game to process everything, but if thats fun for them than thats ok . Anyway....creating a test save game and clicking continue for a while should give you an idea how well the setup will perform. Just remember it gets slower after awhile so you have to take that into consideration.
