"Will you find motivation a problem against a weaker side?"

Going to keep this short.

One of many little things that annoy me. Being asked this question about a team who is NOT a weaker or much weaker side.

I manage Arsenal and I frequently get asked this question about clubs who are not much weaker or while they may not be as good, nobody would go so far as to make such a statement about them being a much weaker side that my players may find it hard motivating themselves to play against.

I seem to get asked this mostly against teams I play in Europe. I have been asked it about such teams as Porto and At. Madrid (who won La Liga in my game!)

Very unrealistic and annoying.

Agreed. I got asked this question managing Wolves in my first season in the Premiership coming up against Aston Villa who'd just been relegated. Hardly a massive difference between the two sides.

Definitely needs sorted. Also the result side of things... Higher ranked teams (E.g. PRM v.s Championship) almost ALWAYS win over lower ranked teams. Championship, League 1 etc. teams are quickly disposed of in cup competition. No Giant-killing going on whatsoever.

I very much hope this will be sorted in the next editions of the game
