3rd season Posted July 16, 2009 Share Posted July 16, 2009 I am trying to sign a player called 'Jadson' from Shaktar, who I have bought before! But he is on the team list and no results come up when i search! I am on a large database which means lots of players are in the game! What has happened? santy001 Posted July 17, 2009 Share Posted July 17, 2009 I don't think newgens is the problem here, but rather, if you signed him on one game it was possible you had all players from ukraine selected or the ukraine leagues active. I only noticed this recently when I ran two saves in parallel, one with a standard DB and one with a DB I'd edited myself (only a couple minor changes). I wanted a compare-and-contrast. Both games started with the exact same settings (DB size, active leagues, "include all from"s), and I managed the same team. In one, my side had this fabulous fullback who became an immediate starter, "Hugo Ugalde". In the other, no such. I checked; he's not in the DB.
