Txini Posted May 27, 2008 Share Posted May 27, 2008 I open this thread to ask if something can be done to B Teams, actually they are no more than a Reserve Squad with no much work, but they should work, with some special rules more like Inferior National Teams(u21 and u18) having a Manager on their own that can make team decissions in which A Team Manager has no influence, well he can have cancelling a transfer of an important youth player or getting some young players for the B Team so they can play in A Team in a pair of years, or offering renewals of contracts to interesting players your B Team Manager doesn't consider somehow.
