accept transfer bid. Transfer is lost

So, I am biding with a club for a transfer. It goes 2-3 weeks long. And at the end, they make a bid, I accept, and... nothing. 6 days after there is no contract talk with player. I accepted the transfer bid that the club made, and now I should talk with the player, but there is no talking. In the trasnfer windows is nothing too, but when I go to the player, there is change bid, or whitdraw???? That happend 3 times by me.
