Do keepers lose their touch if they aren't tested often for long?

So, I was on this amazing run with Real Madrid in my 4th season, winning 11 games straight and conceding only 5. Not bad, you'd think. But my defensive line is great, and Iker Casillas is barely tested on most of my matches, and when he is tested, 1/2 the time he gets beaten, unlike the opposition's goalkeeper who saves 5/6 clear cut chances. I thought to myself, "Nevermind, at least I'm scoring more than them."

So I go into my next match against At. Madrid, winning streak of 11, un-beaten streak of 28. Boom! Within 10 minutes they hit 2 and score 2, one from an amazing 35 yards free kick. Finally the game ended 3-2, with me losing my winning and unbeaten streak in one match, and Iker getting blasted by me.

Of course, I'm not complaining about the opponents "Super Keeper", but just want to know if a Goalkeeper will get complacent if he isn't tested for too long. In my first 2 season, Iker was Saint Iker as in real life, but in the recent season he's been letting in stupid goals.
