tazhearts Posted July 7, 2009 Share Posted July 7, 2009 When you load up FM2009 on the Mac you don't need to activate it. However when you then install the latest patch 9.3 the game only runs for 6 months before you have to activate it. The problem is there is a bug which doesn't let you activate it! When you put in the CORRECT activation code it says:- "the serial number validation failed. Please ensure you entered the correct serial number. Key is incorrect length" Now I have a new game (just bought it) which I can only play as a demo (for the first half of the season). Alternatively I will have to play the game without using any patches. Please please please can anyone come up with a solution for this? I have searched the net and found other Mac users complain about this but can't find any fix. Can someone please advise me the best way to contact the makers of the game to complain / get my money back / obtain a fix for this problem? Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
