waiterboy006 Posted July 2, 2009 Share Posted July 2, 2009 Can anyone tell me why it is that when I click on 'offer player to MLS clubs,' it only allows me to ask other teams for a DP slot? MarkyMark Posted July 2, 2009 Share Posted July 2, 2009 For some reason, you can't offer MLS players like you can offer players when you are managing in another league. When you offer an MLS player, it is only for a DP slot. It's kind of annoying but on the other hand maybe realistic because in real life the players are not signed by a team, they are signed to the league and only assigned to the individual teams. So maybe an MLS manager doesn't have the authority to offer they players to non-MLS teams. Anyone, if you are trying to get rid of players, I have two suggestions. 1. Identify other players you are interested in and try to trade for them using your unwanted players. 2. Set the players status to Not Needed, Asking Price to $0, wait for an offer to come in, and then negotiate for an offer you can live with. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
