I am in 2011 after a while with City (I got fired I don't work well with money) Finally got a job at a struggling Villa but I haven't made much of an impact brought in a young GK who is my starter and Ched Evans who is awesome and then loads of youths that aren't really ready but not getting anywhere. So just looking for a bit of help maybe who to bring in or a tactic to use. I really need help with the sliders and that I don't get them at all and never use target man as I just can't get used to it. torquay nezza Posted June 23, 2009 Share Posted June 23, 2009 ok 4-4-2 with the wingers running forward target man needs to be holding the ball up and a decent finisher 16 or above play short passing medium creativity closing down whole pitch play down the wings play attacking try that ] i think th fformation your using is not using the players you have available to the full potential. try and buy 1 top player each year.
