jk54321
Playing 9.3 and I want to go back to an earlier patch. Is this possible? My FM disk is nowhere to be seen so I can't re-install. Cheers for any help
canvey!!
No, you would have to re-install.
Hershie
Why would you want to "de-patch"? 9.3 is excellent.
Mr Peanut
You don't need to, when you start a new game you choose which database/patch you want?
canvey!!
There's a difference between the database and the patch. While they are included together, the patch affects all saves and all features such as the match engine, transfer system, etc., while the database just refers to the players/staff that are around, their attributes and new clubs (data issues basically). roykela
So if you play only with 9.3 patch, is it safe to delete the other databases?

canvey!!
So if you play only with 9.3 patch, is it safe to delete the other databases? It is, although I wasn't aware you could. Oh, Once again these forums expand my knowledge of FM, thanks Good - I wasn't sure if I'd explained that well enough, but it seems I had.
roykela
It is, although I wasn't aware you could. Well, then. They will be deleted. I've been thinking about it before, but was a bit worried about what might happen.
