You can have more than one feeder club, but only one parent club.

I'm sure the AI can have more than one. Hull had Rangers and Celtic! The AI only looks after the AI! I'm not sure if we mortals can get two +.

I'm quite sure I had 2 parent clubs in FM2008. Don't know whether it works in FM2009 though.

i just joined Triestina in 2014/15 season, and they have Roma and AC Milan as parent clubs
