TigerJoe
You have to wait 3-5 years until they gain EU nationality or the country you play in nationality.

sned777
if someone signs for me but work permit is rejected, I offer them a new contract staright away. 30% of the time a work permit is acquired. Otherwise, get a foreign feeder club like in Belgium or Spain and then theyll play while gettin EU nationality. Offer new contracts on a regular basis just to keep checking. TigerJoe
Is there anyway to decrease the time it takes... If you happen too be in a country were the rules are he has too have a EU nationality, not the country you play ins nationality, loan him too a club in either Poland and Belgium. Then you'll only have to wait 3 years until you can play him. If the player needs to accuire the nationality of the country you play in unfortunately there's nothing you can do. trekman
Is there anyway to decrease the time it takes... You can use the editor that comes with the game and give the players dual nationality but you'd have to start a new game for this to work. Alternatively you could do the same thing with a save game editor I think.
Brian Shanahan
Is there anyway to decrease the time it takes... If he's from Latin America loan him to Spain, it only takes two years for him to get Spanish nationality.
