Bisna
Hi, people. I would like a little help here. I tried to put one of my players to train in a new position. (a MR C who is natural in MC and accomplished in MR). I put him to train MR, expecting him to be "natural" in MR. The problem is that he is over 1 entire season with this assignment and didn't become "natural" in MR yet. How can I do this? Thank you all for the help. ssestig
Just keep training and playing him in the MR position. Although he may not become a natural until after a few years.
Remco
You can't become "natural" in a postition by training. A player is born with "natural" in a position or can be trained to "accomplished"

Koki
A player can become natural in a position. I had it a few times in FM2009. Though not every player seems to be able, the factors seem to be training, playing in that position, the versatility of the player and his age. (just what i believe). dassyboy
Interesting debate. It's a shame that you can only set 10% of your player's schedule to working on a new position. I believe this should be editable.
golfpunk
You can't become "natural" in a postition by training. I've had about 5-6 players become natural from training and playing in a new position in FM09 but it does seem to come down to a few factors like age and versatility like Koki said.
