bardock
Maybe other team learned how to deal with those two wingers. Have you tried criticizing them?

bardock
If they under perform then yes. Being too harsh can have a negative effect but if you get it just right they try harder to prove you wrong.

bardock
Then he hasn't played enough games recently play him a few more times see if he starts performing if he doesn't then you can criticize. You can always choose to play the other winger allowing this winger to come in later on in games. My general rule of thumb is no one has a right to play. I always tend to play the performers then give the others a run out every now and then to see if they can claim a place for the next game.
