ralphieconq
Hi all, Why is it that international management is so different in FM in comparison to club managment. There are some points I have noticed. 1. In international management you do not get a contract. 2. The staff you bring in do nothing and they also do not have a contract. 3. They always ask you to reconsider you resignation and you also do not become 'insecure' in the job status. I also feel that it is a bit unrealistic in the way that your club and country do not mind the fact that you can manage both teams at the same time. I would like to know what peoples views on this are.
DevonSpurs
I agree with you on all 3 points, and hopefully something will have been done in time for FM10.
Colorado
Improved international management was supposed to be one of the many features for FM2009 iirc
DS
No it was meant to be a feature of FM08 and it didnt improve much at all. If it was a feature of FM09, I would like to know how it improved? I wonder if I can find my old thread about what needs to be improved in international management from a couple of years back because I cant be bothered writing that huge post again lol.
