Dynamo_Eng Posted June 15, 2009 Share Posted June 15, 2009 Hi a couple questions. I've been notified about the free transfer season but am not sure exactly how it works. I looked at players with contracts expiring. Ballack and Owen's contracts were expiring at the end of the season. I thought that I could offer them a contract? But I had to make an offer. I made $0 bids on both, both were rejected. Inter offered a contract to Ballack. On the offers it said Inter (End of Contract) how come I was not able to do that?? So if someone can explain how to get players on Free's and Bosman's in the game it would be much appreciated ...thanks. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
dafuge Posted June 15, 2009 Share Posted June 15, 2009 You can arrange contracts with players who are in the last six months of their contracts, however if it is an agreement with another club in England (I'm assuming you are managing there) it cannot be agreed until about the last month of his contract.
