Being Offered Players - tweaking needed?

so after hunting around for most of the summer and placing plenty of bids, i finally got myself a new GK (Igor Akinfeev fyi).

Obviously, in this time, other clubs realised i was on the lookout for a keeper, so, as expected from the game, i begin to get offered some 3rd rate available keepers.

But when i complete the deal for my new keeper, does the AI not recognise this? It really should and i don't believe it does, which is why i am still getting terrible keepers offered to me half way through the season.

Anybody else find this annoying?
