djkid85 Posted June 15, 2009 Share Posted June 15, 2009 If he already has experience in AMR position, e.g. he is already "competent" in that position, it would be an advantage to you. You will thus need lesser time to train him. His adaptability determines how much time he needs to train to "Natural" in that position, as well as whether he can retain the new position if you ever stops his training there. And versatility. they're both hidden attributes. if they're low he''ll never learn. Actually the position thing doesn't affect how well he plays; it only affect his training.
