tactics wont stay the way i set them

dunno if this is the proper forum to ask for help but here goes. i made a tactic that i like to use, its a 4-4-2 and i customize it and whatnot but my problem is it randomly changes things on me. for example, i like to have my strikers, central midfielders, and central defenders swap positions to keep from being man marked but i'll be watching my tactics from time to time and all of a sudden a striker will swap with my left winger which screws it all up and i cant figure out why its doing that....anyone got ideas?

Go to your tactics screen and click on player instructions. Check each player in turn and make sure that the swap position option is checked or unchecked as you want. Come out of the player instructions screen and click on save tactic. Then go to another tactic altogether and the game will ask you again to save the tactic, click on yes and it should be OK- you need to save it twice I have found.
