player worried by lack of managerial dicipline??

i dont egt it team is doing really well but theres like 3-4 players who are unhappy and say there worried about the lack of managerial dicipline, i always warn or fine players depending on the offence (sending off, absence from training etc etc), does anybody know more on the subject or what i could have done wrong?? thanks

The players you are warning may deserve fines in the minds of some of your players. The only other reason for this could be that you are not being harsh enough on them after they've played a match. Try and be more angry/dissapointed if they don't play well.
