I'll assume from what you're saying though that it does something terrible to them, like injured their stars of tranfer lists them... Not sure though. If you click on the team screen after you have clicked 'destroy team and saved it' All the players will say 'Unfit' or 'Rst' Exhausted and in need of a long rest. Tried this once to see if it worked and the team i did it to lost and lost 4-0's 5-1's ...etc Takes about 3 month untill there fitness picks back up i think. Sourav B Posted May 19, 2018 Share Posted May 19, 2018 'inspire team' puts your player fitness level to full i.e. match fitness n condition both 100% morale to 20 n contract happiness to full, jadedness to '0' now that's interesting cz the range of that value is -500 to 1000 .
