Searching by Nationality or Region where they are based isn’t quite doing it for me as I’m trying to find a good Eastern Europe scout. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

The only way I can see you narrowing it down is by searching for a scout who is either a) based in the country you want knowledge of b) his language c) nationality.
