FM 2008 Squad Problem

Hey guys,

hope this is in the right place.

I am in a game with Bayern Munich in FM 2008, the year is 2021. Anyway I've just gone through the winter transfer window, and signed a few players, but it won't allow me to register any new players to the squad as it normally does with the First Division Registration window.

Any ideas what this could mean etc?
