Advantages - High rep coaches can help to attract players - Nationality of coach goes towards 'Scouting Knowledge' - At the club for 6+ months you become a favoured personnel for them, so if they leave to become a manager you have a friend where you can poach his player Disadvantages - Watch out for their increasing wage demands, can add up to large sums Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
