JimWolf
My board allow me 23 coaches in total. How many would you say is a good number to have? Some teams in the league have just a couple of coaches, not including youth team coaches, and i would of thought this wouldn't be enough.
afced7
You need one for each training category, e.g Shooting, an Assisstant Manager, and perhaps some Youth Coaches
JimWolf
You need one for each training category, e.g Shooting, an Assisstant Manager, and perhaps some Youth Coaches Ok thanks. But why do you think it is that other teams can do so well without having many coaches?
Kenco
It's not the quantity, but the quality that counts.
Ferthepoet
can anyone confirm if there is any advantage in having for example a world class goalkeeping coach and then a continental goalkeepign coach, does the continental one contributes anything? afced7
Err, ability isn't based on Reputation, whichever goalkeeping coach has the best ability, that is stats, will be the one who determines the quality of your training
Ferthepoet
so if you have one coach with seven stars for a training category there is no benefit to having another coach with six stars for that catergory? it doesnt contribute anything?
afced7
No, 'lesser' coaches do absolutely nothing if you have a better coach
rizkypunxxx
you can try to use job search
phnompenhandy
You only need one per training schedule and maybe one guy to put out the cones (ie keep the workloads low). If I'm allowed extra I bring in ex-players who might become great coaches in the future.

9sublime
You want a coach for every single category as already stated. If you're allowed 23 you might want 2 fitness coaches, 1 for strength and 1 for aerobic. Then one for each cateogry as a first team coach, and one for each category as a youth coach.
