gianno
It seems that the attendance in European matches is not correct. Sometimes these matches are more important than derbies and should have larger attendance. For example. for the Greek club Panathinaikos, attendance in debries is 65000 for a 65000 capacity stadium, whereas for a Ch. L. match, which is considered as a far more important match, you can see attendances of 30000 only. Has anyone else noticed that?
afced7
Considered more important by who? I'm no expert on Panathinaikos, but I expect more people would turn up to watch a league derby match than a match against the belgian runners up when you're already through
BenArsenal
Also, are European ticket prices more expensive than league games? You also have to consider that European games are in midweek, where people have to work the next day, whereas league games are on weekends.
