batman.
for a few seasons now ive been waiting for something like this to be put in place not its not happened. in the same sort of area as the buy back clause i think its about time there is a clause when negotiating a deal for a younger player whereas you can have them back on loan for the following season or part of it.. or similarly the ability to offer a player on loan as part of a transfer deal.. if its already been talked about in a different place then sorry, but i reckon its something that should be included asap! let me know what you guys think.. backpackant
Good suggestion. If it's not already in fm10 though, it won't be in it on release. Maybe FM11.
batman.
its something that seems pretty simple and would be beneficial so i hope it can be implemented sooner rather than later..
InterWolf
Just set transfer date to the end of the season. I think the loan back is illegal in real life, so they do the delayed transfer to simulate it. FM reflects that.
Nik_Dut
is it really illegal ? coz iirc a lot of that happened before ???
Dan-Toon-Army
Man Utd did this with one of the younger serbian boys didnt they? Another option i would like to made is that you can make transfer undisclosed. Unless thats already an option? Its just i cant figure out how to do it! afced7
They probably didn't technically do that. They probably bought Ljajic, then realized 'oh wait he needs more experience first' so decided to send him out on loan. Conveniently, they choose the club they had just bought him from
T3hB3n...
Actually, FM got it wrong technically. Ljajic is goining Man Utd January 2010; he is not on loan at Partizan. It is just that the transfer deal has been agreed on that date.
bluebirds4life
Good idea an example where it could have became useful is. Aaron Ramsey Cardiff to Arsenal 4.8m Would have been great for us(Cardiff) to get him back on loan for a season. If he had have gone to Man U there was exactly that clause which Aaron would have come back to us on loan. So yeh they wouldn't have to change much, it's realistic and a good idea.
