Wonderkids ? Loan them or to your Team B till they get better ??

If you loan this players to teams that will play more often or to your team b in an inferior League level would they get better because they have a chance to play or is it better to leave them on your team ?

Anyone ... Whats better to do ? I will not use them in my Team A, will they still get better than loaning them to other team that will use the player... Anyone?

loan them if they can get 20 or more games a season, if not leave them in the reserves to play games, everyone says don't overplay wonder kids because they won't develop well, but they need games so balance is the key

Depends on the quality of training facilities the clubs willing to take them on loan have

I find that their stats don't improve as much when theyre on loan as they do when theyre developing at my club. I usually tutor them (if needed) and train them up as needed and if at age 19/20 they are a good player and worth having but still don't have a place in the first team, I would then consider loaning them out

I didn't know that. I think thats pretty shitty to be honest. Things like that should be sorted for the next FM:thup:

Play them as backup if they arent good enough to play in starting XI. Do NOT put them on the b-team, it seemingly does not even use the club facilities.
