They are playing extremely well, I have singled out some of my team for individual praise in the media and have always praised them in team talks. I'm not sure what is happening. charlo116 Posted June 5, 2009 Share Posted June 5, 2009 this happened to me once, i thought my team played badly despite winning and so i told them their performance was dissapointing and they ended up concerned that i wasn't giving them enough credit. DougyMarshall Posted June 5, 2009 Share Posted June 5, 2009 As a general rule if i win a game i make sure to say well done to the whole team and anybody who got a rating of 7.3 or more gets "delighted". 5 seasons of doing that and moral is superb and ive never had the team moan about credit.
