b9rbatov
i have just scouted a 17 yr old spainish midfielder who is labelled the next xavi so he is obviously a fairly decent prospect but unfortunately my scout has said that he is "a fairly inconsistent performer" does change with atall? possibly with age? first team experience? if anyone has any answers theyd be very much appreciated
AlexNFFC
Like you say, I imagine it's to do with his age and experience, or lack of. Once he gets a bit older and has played a few more games, I expect this would improve.
Yonezzz
It's a hidden figure that might get changed by a good tutor.
SCIAG
Consistency is "how many games out of 25 a player will play to his very best". It's a rating out of 20. I'm not sure if it can change, but I agree with Yonez that a good, consistent tutor is your best bet.
