Club: (This will be random) What I will do/What will happen before game start. Make all players and staff free. make all teams equal. (ie reputation, finances, stadium capacity, facilities, etc.) All signups will get randomly assigned a team. Based on a 442 formation; GK,RB,LB,CB,CB,RW,LW,CM,CM,ST,ST I will take the 20 most expensive players first (at the start of game) and randomly assign these to each team. Then I will take the 20 highest valued potential rating (not including the 20 most expensive) players and then assign these randomly. This will give each team a squad of 22 players. I will the do exactly the same for; assistant manager, coaches, physios, scouts until each team will have 1 Assistant Manager 1 Coach for each training category, plus 2 extras 3 Physios (Minimum) 5 Scouts (Minimum) What you will do? This signup is for people who will play every week. So if you dont have time to take part, then dont signup. If you miss two weeks deadlines in any season, without telling me first, you will be sacked. This way it makes everyone play and only interested people take part. Once you recieve your squad, it will be upto you to manage it in every way. Every Monday will be team deadline day. You must submit your team and this will be your team for the following months games with the exception that the first team you submit will be for all games upto the first game of the season in the premier league. So this includes the Charity Shield and Euro Qualifications. For teams in This. If there are any injuries to your players in this time, then I will substitue your best player in that position for the injured player.
