kkas
I am trying to sign two players who have previously played for UK clubs but are of foreign nationalities one with 3 u21 caps and 1 with 21caps. Yet despite this I am denied a permit surely if they have been granted one in the past they should be considered good enough to be great enough seen as though they are only now reaching their prime age. Lloydey
Probably they were granted one in the past when they were promising youngsters but now they are older than 21 and have not reached their potnetial (i.e. not playing for the national team) so won't get a permit. IIRC Rule is (except for promising youngsters) to have played 75% of international games in last 2 years for which the player was eligible. Sounds like these players haven't got full caps so they wouldn't qualify.
pedro007
Cant you sign them and then loan them out to an international feeder club?
