Hershie Posted June 2, 2009 Share Posted June 2, 2009 In the player's 'Training' > 'Overview' you can select a new position for them to learn (except for goalies). It depends on a lot of things, including quality and intensity of training, amount of match time spent playing in the new position, stats such as determination, and hidden stats such as versatility and adaptability. Go to training and retrain as a...... If a player has high adaptibilty and determination (hidden stats) then he is more likely to excell in another position and the younger the player is determines how good he will become in that position as well.
