Greenoownz
Please feel free to move this if it is in the wrong place. I've just picked up my copy of FM 09 from Tesco and my serial number has 2x i's? and 5x 0's. I've tried 20+ combinations and it's quite frankly ridiculous. Can I take a picture and send it to someone in support? I doubt Tesco will take it back. I've tried http://keycheck.fm2009.softanchorinsight.com/ and whatever the other URL is and it just states that my key is invalid (like I didn't know!) Whoever decided to make O's and 0's look the same wants shooting!!!
Hershie
They don't look exactly the same. Scan/Take a photo of the code and I'm sure someone can help you.

Greenoownz
I've tried a bit more and it's getting silly now. Should I return it? or will Sega/SI ACTUALLY do something about it? Cheers guys!
davidbowie
I'd take it back, show them the code, tell them it won't activate and get a replacement.
Administrators Neil Brock Posted June 1, 2009 Administrators Share Posted June 1, 2009 Contact Sega Support and they should be able to help you. You'll need to sign into the Sega website using the same password/user name combination you use for these forums, from there you'll be able to create a ticket and someone will get back to you - http://help.sega.com/?group=default&t=EnglishUK

Greenoownz
Can someone please close this thread now? I've swapped it the shop. For the record though, Sega offered to replace my key if I scan/emailed them a picture of my code.
