freddo21 Posted May 31, 2009 Share Posted May 31, 2009 Not sure if this belongs here, but I've been finding it slightly confusing that the assistant report current ability assessments seem to be relative to the overall quality of the team (or the predicted finish of the team) - is there any way to assess your team based on the 7-star rating system which doesn't do this? theincrediblehulk Posted May 31, 2009 Share Posted May 31, 2009 Nope, unfortunately not. Every player that you scout or every player currently in your team would be evaluated on 2 fronts: 1. The best player in the particular position in your side. Say if you're Liverpool, you'd have Torres as your best striker. Somebody like N'Gog would probably then be evaluated as "potential to be a decent player". But say you're Bolton and have Elmander as your best striker, N'Gog will probably be a "good" or maybe even "quality" player. 2. Also, your clubs status in world football will be a factor. As Man Utd, someone like Vagner Love would be a "good" signing. But if you're say Everton or Spurs, he's probably be a "quality" signing. Hope that made sense.
