Rosenberg Posted May 30, 2009 Share Posted May 30, 2009 I have just (2016) got a new board at West Ham, the new boards first action was give 83 M £ cash injection, I have never seen this before. From the first message about the board take over until the board take over was realished, a 3 month periode the players morale wasn't in top (no unhappines). The new board had announced that they had plans to promote the ass. manager to manager (sack me?), I'm not sure but I think this could be the reason to the drop in morale. My first home match after the board take over, was a match against Man Utd., the team played one of the best matches for years winning 7-1. The day after the new chairman told me he had been persuaded to let me stay in the job. The players morale a back in top. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
