Under 21 Management

Is it possible for the AI to offer you a job as the Under 21 international manager, without offering the full team job also?

Not that ive seen, however. If you really want to manage at U21 level, CHEAT. Put a new player as manager of England(or whoever you want to be), offer yourself the job of U21 manager, resign the national team manager. Not that I have ever tried this, but logically this would work.

Oh, I know you can do it that way, I was just wondering if it was possible.

In which case then, no, to the best of my knowledge you cant get offered the role of U21 manager.

And if you don't want to ruin the game too much, wait until their is no manager at the team so you don't sack a manager who might be doing well.

Iv'e read on here that you can be offered the job by AI managers but it's very rare
