Why is there the word 'lol' at the start of this thread? :s

SI should implement the LMA system, where managers vote for which managers have performed best in the four leagues.

I wondered that too, I love it when people randomly add in things like that that make no sense.

All the awards in FM are based on real life awards, and how they are run. So they can't just change them as they please.
