Transfers Outside the Window?

So I'm managing Giannina in Greece in my 4th or 5th season or whatever and a couple of weeks after the January window closed, I received a couple of offers for a couple of my players.

One offer was good enough for me to accept and I agreed to the deal.

I was under the impression of course that because the window had passed the transfer would go through in the summer.

This was not the case however.

The player was moved immediately from my club to Rosenberg in March.

Note the date.

Does Norway have the same transfer window? It does differ from country to country, I believe.

Yes, I think those summer leagues have different transfer window periods.

There are different transfer windows throughout, if you look at your assistance advice when you are viewing the offer it will say when they will move, for example 'player will leave immediately' or 'player will leave when the transfer window opens'(date)
