Data Editor Bug?

I appreciate this is the wrong forum but I have already posted in the bugs forum with no response. I believe i may have found a bug in the data editor. When trying to input a future transfer fee in the data editor e.g. 2 million (2000000) it always resets to -1. This then means in the game there are many inflated transfer fees for example Adriano to Flamengo is 30 million. I was wondering whether this is in fact a bug or whether it is a previous bug and i need the data editor update. although i did think that came with the new patch. any help?
