Different Tactics and Saving them

I have two questions which need answering

1) How many of you have a different tactic for home/away games or for against different quality of opposition? If you do then do you have a different formation as well - or you just set the sliders differently?

2) In a same save (and in a different save) , when you move clubs is it possible to take your tactics and training (which you have made - not downloaded) with you? Am I assuming right that you just have to save it - or is that incorrect?

1. I don't alter due to home/away but due to the betting odds - am I favourite or underdog? I have one formation but alter the team settings depending on opposition - more attacking or cautious depending on above.

2. When you save a tactic or training schedule it goes into the folder in your Mydocs/FM2009 folder, and will be available for any future savegame.
