fmmillwallniall
I have 7 Italians in my 16 man squad and the rest are pretty much english. I'm also the Italian national manager, however in the game i've only ever spoken English. Do I have to play in the Italian League to speak the language? swisso
How long have you been the Italian Manager for? After a season or 2 you should be able to speak Italian. The only other way is by managing a club in Italy.
fmmillwallniall
Ok, well i've only been national manager for about 3 months. Part of the reason I wanted to be the national manager when it was offered was literally so my Italian players would have a bit more harmony. I never meant it to be that way, just the Italian clubs and best regen players seem to all come from there

metlika
Give it time, it nearly took me 2 years to speak Croatian when I became their manager.
